Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a normal accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is delivered for free. With Hepsia you can host unlimited domains under one single web hosting account. This is accomplishable due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager menu. The other web hosting Control Panel tools, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are offered solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain name registration/transfer/administration services. If you select Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting web server, there will be no CP opportunity.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available web hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your domains in one web hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP platforms do not provide such option at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and as a consequence they demand TWO autonomous hosting account logins: 1 domain name management/billing/support user account and 1 site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will find that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel supports Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin Control Panel devices work solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
Server Root Access 4 - not offered only with the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel and available in all other circumstances.
